Hello, my name is Siddharth Shidid. I am an individual who is driven by curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and grow. I believe in continuously improving myself while adapting to new challenges and environments.
I completed my 3rd year of BTech in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Management at COEP.
I enjoy working on hands-on activities such as 3D printing, basic electronics experimentation, and small design and fabrication projects. I like exploring microcontrollers like Arduino and understanding how sensors and circuits work.
I am also interested in fitness-related activities and enjoy strength training. Additionally, I like participating in outdoor activities and water sports, including kayaking, which has helped me develop discipline and focus.
I often spend time exploring understand how finance works. I also enjoy learning vibe coding.

What I appreciated most about my internship was the opportunity to explore and learn without limitations. I was able to work with microcontrollers and gain hands-on experience in understanding their applications, while also exploring 3D printing in depth.
The environment encouraged experimentation, and I was never restricted from trying out new ideas or approaches. This freedom allowed me to learn through practical experience and build confidence in my abilities.
I also gained valuable insights into design principles and developed an understanding of how projects are structured, organized, and documented in a professional setting. This exposure helped me understand the importance of clarity, planning, and communication when working in a corporate environment.
As a Manufacturing Engineering student with limited exposure to electronics, I joined Nesa Innovation with the intention of working on mechanical design while also exploring the field of mechatronics. From the very beginning, the internship provided me with an environment that emphasized learning, curiosity, and hands-on experience.
I am grateful to Sanjay, the founder of Nesa Innovation, who acted as a mentor throughout my journey. His approach encouraged me not just to work on assigned tasks, but to truly understand concepts and explore beyond my comfort zone. I would also like to thank Anshul, my senior intern, who guided me through the fundamentals of microcontrollers, sensors, and their connections, helping me build a strong base in electronics.
During my internship, I had the opportunity to work with microcontrollers such as Arduino and ESP modules, along with their integration with various sensors and circuits. This hands-on exposure allowed me to strengthen my fundamentals and develop a deeper interest in mechatronics. I was also able to extensively explore 3D printing, gaining a detailed understanding of its working principles, applications, and practical challenges. In addition to technical skills, I gained insights into design principles and learned how projects are structured, organized, and documented in a professional environment. This exposure helped me understand the importance of clarity, planning, and effective communication while working in a corporate setting.
One of the most valuable aspects of my experience at Nesa Innovation was the freedom to experiment. I was never restricted from trying out new ideas or approaches, which allowed me to learn through practical exploration and build confidence in my abilities. The overall work culture at Nesa Innovation was highly engaging and driven by curiosity. It naturally encouraged me to explore, question, and continuously improve.
Overall, this internship has been an incredibly valuable experience and a defining milestone in my career journey—something I would consider a true “canon event” that has significantly shaped my professional direction.
